Eagle Nest Security Company Limited (ENSL) is a private security company located with its offices at Chogu in Tamale and Accra in the Northern Region and Greater Accra Region respectively. ENSL is registered under the Companies Acts, 1963 (Acts 179) and is licensed to operate in Ghana. It is one of the leading Security companies offering professional, intelligent and advance security services to organizations and individuals in and around the northern cluster of the country.
Eagle Nest was established in year 2014 to address the deficit in professional security services, particularly in the northern region. Over the years, it is becoming a household name and a preferred choice when it comes to quality security services.

Our Methodology
As a security company, we ensure that the services that we provide are top-notched and the best for the given client’s need and budget. We guarantee that the guards detailed to your assignment are competent, trusted and well trained and equipped to provide the Eagle Nest quality level of service to our clients.
Pre-employment background checks and clearance
Before we employ any guard or staff to our company, we conduct extensive background checks including police and medical clearance for the candidate. It is our philosophy that recruiting the right personnel is the best start to providing a quality solution. We spend much time and budget screening to select and employ the right personnel into our company. Our rigorous recruitment process has resulted in having a stable guard base and satisfied clients over the past seven years of operations.
Our Training Regime
Upon recruitment of our guards, we take them through both mental and physical training carried out by our in-house head of security. The basic trainings provided to our guards include but not limited to:
- Physical and mental endurance training
- Observation, detection, and reporting skills
- Coordination with local police, fire and emergency services
- Advance security technology skills in dealing with surveillance and access control procedures
- Basic criminal and civil law
- Basic first aid
- Professionalism and Ethics
Beyond the in-house training, we engage external security experts to provide our guards with periodic refresher training on modern trends in security and criminal trends. This makes our guards up to date on tactics and strategies being used by criminals.
Client Specific training
Upon signing an engagement contract with ENSL, we shall detail guards for the engagement. The guards are then taken through client specific trainings based on the security needs of the client. This detailed training ensures that the need of the client is central to the assignment and instructions given to our clients.
Professionalism and identification
Our guards can be identified by our uniform and standard security gear. They report on time and are well trained to be the first point of contact for our client’s guests or customers. They carry out the first security screening before the customer enters your facility to engage your staff.
