Over the years, we have become the non-negotiable element of prudent investment decisions. Your property and the persons that dwell in or must interact in such properties or premises will be able to do so in safety.

We offer 4 categories of security services detailed below.

Golden Eagle Services

The Golden eagle services are our highest ranked security service solution. This option covers the security of property, premises and persons physically present in the premises of the agreed facility.

Under this service category, we provide a complementary Close Circuit Television (CCTV) installation at the premises of the client which will be monitored by our security team at the client’s premises. An optional remote access may be granted to the client to also monitor via their chosen mobile gadgets, if so required. We also provide remote emergency trigger system for client within a specified geographical threshold.
We provide intelligent, professional and highly skilled security guards that man the client’s location 24 hours a day under a 12-hour guard rotation.
This service is for a minimum fixed term of 3 years renewable annually thereafter.

Duties of the Client

1. Client must be willing to undertake pre-engagement orientation with ENSL
2. Decide the threshold value of properties/assets to be protected
3. Provide a list of all such properties to ENSL
4. Register any new property that is subsequently acquired with ENSL
5. Provide a list and also introduce, persons who are required to be ordinarily domiciled at the premises.
6. Display specific cautions and notices at designated places
7. Provision of a security post, including washrooms
8. In consultation with client, agree on movement and checks protocols for goods and human

Duties of ENSL

1. Undertake pre-engagement orientation with client
2. Verify the list of property provided
3. Provide insurance for the services to be provided
4. Remote and physical monitoring of security guards
5. Remote emergency trigger support to client at premises and within a designated geographical area
6. Keep a register of the property covered under the agreement
7. Keep a log of all vehicles and motorcycles that come in and go out of the premises
8. Check items coming in and going out with supporting documents
9. Ensure that a register of visitors and purpose of visit is maintained
10. Carry out a physical verification of all listed assert once a month
11. Provide remote duty surveillance of activities of guards and remote emergency trigger support for clients
12. Provide recorded footage of incidences for criminal and legal prosecution
13. Provide a monthly security report to client

White tailed Eagle Services

The White-tailed eagle services are our second ranked security service solution. This option covers the security of property, premises and persons physically present in the premises of the agreed facility.

We provide intelligent, professional and highly skilled security guards that man the client’s location over a 24-hour, or a 12-hour guard cycle as agreed. Remote surveillance of man guards and remote security trigger services for clients is also available.

This service is renewable annually. 

Duties of the Client

1. Client must be willing to undertake pre-engagement orientation with ESNL
2. Provide way bill for movement of goods or materials to premises or facilities
3. Provide a list and also introduce, persons who are required to be ordinarily domiciled at the premises.
4. Display specific cautions and notices at designated places
5. Provision of a security post and washroom

Duties of ENSL

1. Undertake pre-engagement orientation with client
2. Undertake security assessment for facility or premises
3. Keep a log of all vehicles and motorcycles that come in and go out of the premises
4. Check items coming in and going out together with documents supporting them
5. Ensure that a register of visitors and purpose of visit is maintained
6. Carry out a physical verification of all listed assert once a month
7. Provide remote duty surveillance of activities of guards and remote emergency trigger support for clients
8. Provide a monthly security report to client

Red tailed Eagle Services

The Red-tailed eagle services are our third ranked security service solution. This option covers the security of premises and persons physically present in the premises of the agreed facility.

We provide intelligent, professional and highly skilled security guards that man the client’s location over a 24-hour, or a 12-hour guard cycle as agreed.

This service is renewable annually. 

Duties of the Client

1. Provide a list and introduce, persons who are required to be ordinarily domiciled at the premises.
2. Display specific cautions and notices at designated places
3. Provision of a security post

Duties of ENSL

1. Undertake pre-engagement orientation with client
2. Undertake security assessment for facility or premises
3. Keep a log of all vehicles and motorcycles that come in and go out of the premises
4. Ensure that a register of visitors and purpose of visit is maintained
5. Maintain Incident and handing over log book
